Storage and Retrieval Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of a radio controlled double girder patented track crane with a 360 degree rotary telescoping stacker crane trolley.  The system was designed to store and retrieve 25' long loads from storage racks along 2 x 90 ft. of patented track runway.

Top Riding Crane Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of a 121 ft. span 40/10 ton top riding double girder crane system with full length walkway operating along 2 x 240 lineal feet of runway.  Specialized controls consisted of null zones to prevent hook travel over certain areas, and an insulated and isolated hook due to installation over an aerospace test pool.

Chemical Process Solution

Military maintenance support solution consisted of an automated monorail system consisting of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of patented track, 12 monorail track switches to service 18 tank positions plus load and unload stations.  System included 20 monorail carriers with load bars designed to engage/disengage product at load/unload stations.

Aircraft Teleplatform Solution

Aircraft maintenance solution consisted of a Teleplatform maintenance system for various aircraft consisting of two interlocking 5-runway bridge cranes with full length walkways and two interlocking 4-runway bridge cranes with full length walkways. The cranes operated on 18 x 270 lineal feet of patented track runway.  Two rotating telescoping Teleplatforms with complete on-board services plus a 10 ton auxiliary crane trolley service the aircraft.

Telescoping Crane Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of two (2) tower supported semi-automated wall travelling telescoping jib crane systems.  Each system consisted of four motorized telescoping jib cranes operating on 2 x 200 lineal feet of runway track.  System required precision positioning during aircraft assembly.  The system measures distance between carriers and their loads.  The PLC is programmed to evaluate these parameters to prevent the support structure from being overloaded.

Chemical Plating Solution

Military maintenance support solution consisted of eleven (11) bi-rail monorail systems consisting of  2,380 lineal feet of track (avg. length 2 x 135 ft. w/ 11 tank positions) with a load/unload station at each end.  Both automatic and semi-automatic systems were furnished including a hot entry system.  System included 12 bi-rail monorail carriers with load bars to engage/disengage product at load/unload stations.

Top Riding Crane Solution

Space launch facility solution consisted of three (3) 20 ton top riding double girder crane systems and two (2) 15 ton top riding double girder crane systems operating on 700 lineal feet of runway.  Full length walkways on both crane girders were included and high bay each crane was radio controlled.  The cranes included clean room features and explosion proof zones.

Integrated Equipment Solution

Rocket manufacturing solution that was a design and build project that provided several material handling systems.  The system included thousands of feet of runway and monorail track with multiple bridge cranes for both manual and automated systems.  The project included an automated tank line and delivery system which included transfer bridges and monorail spurs.
