Solution Description

1980

Los Angeles, CA

Aluminum Process Solution

Aluminum manufacturing solution consisted of an automated plate finishing dispatch system.  Three (3) double girder patented track cranes with telescoping and tilting vacuum grabs handled plates throughout the finishing process.

1982

Palmdale, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of 3 1/2 miles of patented track runways with multiple seven runway interlocking (ranging from 5 to 20 ton capacity) double girder crane systems and numerous underhung crane trolleys, to provide multiple hook lifts, operated on the cranes.

1983

Burbank, CA

Chemical Process Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of an automated patented track crane system operating on approximately 2 x 135 lineal feet of patented track runways over 7 tanks and load / unload stations.  The load station required the crane to interlock with a power & free delivery system containing a wing skin.   System was designed to be self supported and included a stabilized bridge crane.

1983

Palmdale, CA

Aircraft Teleplatform Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of a Teleplatform painting system for military aircraft consisting of six 4-runway bridge cranes. The cranes operated on 8 x 180 lineal feet of patented track runway.  Six rotating telescoping Teleplatforms with complete on-board services paint the aircraft.

1986

Long Beach, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of reworking an existing production facility.  Solution consisted of two (2) three 3-runway patented track cranes, converting 3-runway cranes to 4-runway cranes, modification of five (5) stacker cranes and the addition of over a mile (5,565 lineal ft.) of new patented track runway.   The existing cranes were modernized with variable frequency controls, anti-collision and radio controls.

1986

Long Beach, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of close to 2 miles of patented track runways with multiple four runway interlocking (ranging from 15 to 50 ton capacity) double girder crane systems and numerous underhung crane trolleys, to provide multiple hook lifts, operated on the cranes.

1986

Palmdale, CA

Aircraft Teleplatform Solution

Aircraft manufacturing solution consisted of a Teleplatform painting system for military aircraft consisting of four 4-runway bridge cranes. The cranes operated on 8 x 116 lineal feet of patented track runway.  Four rotating telescoping Teleplatforms with complete on-board services paint the aircraft.

1986

San Bern.,CA

Patented Track Solution

Paper product manufacturer solution consisted of  three (3) patented track bridge cranes and seven (7) patented track monorail systems operating over 1,250 lineal ft. of patented track runway and monorail track.

1986

Palmdale, CA

Engine Test Cell Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of a single girder three (3) runway patented track crane system operating along 3 x 215 ft. of patented track runways.  The unique feature of the system was a 7 ft. high acoustical wall mounted to a full length walkway on one side of the crane.  The acoustical wall on the crane sealed a building opening during jet engine testing.

1987

Long Beach, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of seven (7) multiple runway double girder interlocking patented track cranes with full length walkways.  The crane capacities include 15, 25 and 50 ton cranes with 10 crane trolleys operating between the cranes via numerous crossovers.  The cranes operated on two (2) miles of patented track runway.

1987

Pomona, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of a paint and package monorail system for missiles.  120 special carriers operated on a patented track monorail with 21 track switches, 2 crossover switches, and 670 lineal feet of patented track.

1987

Long Beach, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of four (4) 3-runway interlocking patented track bridge cranes operating on 1,200 lineal feet of patented track runways.  The cranes were furnished with anti-collision and radio controls.

1988

Long Beach, CA

Gantry Crane Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of two (2) double leg double girder gantry cranes.  Each gantry crane operated along 2 x 170 lineal feet of tower supported runway track.  Each gantry crane had a double girder trolley that travelled along an 8' cantilevered patented track system perpendicular to the gantry crane girders.

1988

Long Beach, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of reworking an existing production facility.  Solution consisted of five (5) new 3-runway interlocking double girder patented track cranes, numerous crossovers and the rework of 3,000 lineal ft. of patented track runway including suspensions for an increase in capacity.   The cranes were furnished with variable frequency controls, anti-collision and radio controls.

1988

Long Beach, CA

Gantry Crane Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of one (1) double leg 330 ft. span gantry crane with a full length walkway.  The height of the gantry crane was 96 ft. and the spread of the legs was 68 ft.  The gantry crane operated along 2 x 485 lineal feet of embedded supported runway track.

1989

Long Beach, CA

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace manufacturing solution consisted of two (2) radio controlled double leg gantry cranes with patented track girders having a span of  82 ft. operating on a common runway system 162 ft. in length.. Two (2) 15 ton 4-runway double girder patented track cranes with full length aluminum walkways operating on existing patented track runway were furnished as part of the project.
